What We Believe

We believe the Bible, is the inspired, infallible Word of God, written by Holy men of God as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (II Timothy 3:16) (II Peter 1:20-21)

We believe in one God, who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose, omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent and possessing absolute, indivisible Deity. (Deuteronomy 6:4) (Ephesians 4:5-6)

We believe that this one true God, has revealed Himself, as Father in creation, as the Son in redemption and as the Holy Ghost in emanation. (I Corinthians 8:6) (Ephesians 4:6)              (II Corinthians 5:19) (I Timothy 3:16) (Joel 2:28)

We believe that in Jesus Christ, dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, for it pleased the Father that in Him should all the fullness dwell. (Colossians 2:9) (Colossians 1:19)

We believe in the virgin birth, that Jesus was both human, divine, and God manifested in the flesh. (Matthew 1:23) (I Timothy 3:16)

We believe, in the death, burial and resurrection, of Jesus Christ.

We believe that He (Jesus Christ), after His resurrection ascended back where He was before and has sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost over 2000 years ago, and is still filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today. We believe in baptism by immersion in water, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. (Acts 2:38) (Acts 10:48) (Acts 19:5)

We believe in being baptized (or filled) with the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This constitutes the new birth. (John 3:5) (Acts 1:5) (Acts 2:4) (Acts 2:37-39)
